Courtney is an Associate at CVS Health Ventures where she focuses on strategic transactions, deal execution, and portfolio management. She also supports the firm’s capital deployment strategy and fund operations.

Prior to joining CVS Health Ventures, Courtney worked on the New Ventures team at Redesign Health, helping to ideate and launch new healthcare companies. She began her career as an Equity Research Analyst on the Healthcare team at Bank of America covering publicly traded payors, facilities, and providers. Courtney holds a B.A in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is based in New York City.
