Payal Parikh

Senior Associate

Payal Parikh works across CVS Health® Ventures, primarily supporting and executing high-growth, strategically aligned investments. She helps drive the fund’s sourcing and diligence efforts, and supports portfolio companies post investment. 

Payal started her career in Management Consulting. Before joining our team, she worked in early-stage digital health investing at Rock Health — the first digital health venture fund — and Unseen Capital, an early-stage fund investing in underrepresented founders building companies addressing health inequities. Payal has conducted extensive research on the lack of diversity and representation in the startup, venture and digital health ecosystems and aims to use her role in the industry addressing those disparities.

Fun fact

As a Bay area resident, Payal has taken up learning how to surf. She spends many weekends falling into the cold, crashing waves of the Pacific.
